Meet Donna

Donna partnered with Brit McKenna in June 2022.

For almost 20 years, Donna has supported employees with their RTW and supervised counselors and nurses in the field of workers' comp vocational rehabilitation case management. Prior to joining Tandem, Donna served as the New England Case Manager Supervisor for a carrier, Field Services Manager for the State of Vermont HireAbility, and Co-owner of a regional case management company. 

Donna has presented on Return To Work to employers, law associations, claims adjusters, state agencies, municipalities, and medical providers. Donna is frequently requested as an expert witness on litigated cases. 

In her Return To Work practice, Donna maintains a dual customer focus on both employees and employers. She understands the value of supporting hard-working Vermonters injured at work to return to meaningful employment for a productive and fulfilling life, and the significance of collaborating with employers to sustain their stable workforce and minimize the impact of lost time due to employee injuries. 

 Donna holds a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Donna lives in Berlin, VT and is an active Board Member of the Green Mountain United Way and serves on the Governor's Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities.
