Jess joined the Tandem team in January 2026 as a vocational counseling intern. She brings valuable experience from her previous role as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist at a local ski resort, along with her background as an Employment Consultant with HireAbility, to her role at Tandem. Jess is pursuing a master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling through Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Born and raised in Vermont, Jess is passionate about helping fellow Vermonters achieve meaningful employment and vocational success. She is equally committed to collaborating with local employers to meet workforce needs and match candidates with appropriate employment opportunities.

Jess lives in Bakersfield, Vermont, chasing around her two children and enjoys spending her free time taking advantage of Vermont’s recreational opportunities, including hiking, biking, and snowboarding.
